Sometimes we have to take time for ourselves and just create. It can be freeing. I made this track a while back to have Gary freestyle over since “It’s the Shoes” was his favorite commercial by Spike Lee. So, I grew up like many others and could never afford a pair of Jordans. I made this track to represent the dreams of the kids who wanted Jordans and couldn’t afford to get them.
