Kálmán Máté

Kálmán Máté, better known as K, is a Fidelity Investments associate who currently resides in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining Fidelity, he completed his Masters of Theological Studies degree at Duke University, which was preceded by a dual major at Great Lakes Christian College in advanced biblical studies and Bible theology. K is passionate about people, the Bible, and having fun. His life took a turn in 2012 when he crashed his motorcycle at 118 miles per hour. This began a journey of self-discovery at the mountaintop of faith and purpose, went deep into the valley of loss and depression, and came out to the plateau of existence. Kálmán has been married to his beautiful wife for 5 years, with no children, but a beautiful puppy of 4 years, who is like a son. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his family.
