Alethea is a business, leadership, sales and life coach. She realized her passion for coaching as a youth leader in a juvenile detention center when she was 18. After college she found a sales career as an entry level business to consumer sales rep. She quickly found out that coaching and developing the sales team was her natural strength. She built her business by becoming the top seller in the country in order to coach and train sales reps, recruiters, and entrepreneurs. Her warm but candid teaching style has helped her coach hundreds of high performing CEOs and sales teams across the country over the past eight years. She has been recognized nationally for her training and coaching style and has had the honor of key note speaking at leadership and sales conferences.
