Amrit began to stray from the road when he was 14 to 15 years old and began consuming cigarettes, cannabis, etc. During that time, a friend introduced him to a yoga teacher who was eager to assist them, which piqued his interest in yoga. He finally broke through his toxic way of life through yoga after repeated efforts and was able to stay free from it for 25 years. Amrit is assisting people in identifying and implementing the most critical aspects of their lives to live the way they want to.
